You'd be joining a team of smart engineers and data scientists who know how to get things done solving challenging and interesting problems in the ad tech space using cutting-edge AI/Machine Learning tools and techniques. This position allows you to deal with real-time data and see them being analyzed and visualized for curated client needs.

Tech Stack:

• Our back end is written in Python using Flask
• Our front end is written with modern UI patterns and libraries like, JavaScript, React, and Angular
• Our infrastructure is hosted with AWS and GCP
• We have a well-defined SDLC process driven by automation

What will you be doing:

• Lead projects where you’ll work closely with the engineering and product team to scope and distill product requirements into design and technical specifications.
• Provide honest, accurate feedback to others on the team to create growth opportunities.
• Ensure a high standard of reliability, performance, motivation, and alignment with objectives provided by leadership.
• Supports and mentors senior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.
• Nurture an environment of continuous growth within your team by providing motivation, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
• Take ownership of the practices and processes within your team and constantly focus on their improvement.
• Foster a culture of goal setting within your team and ensure everyone is continuously working towards their goals.

Who you are:

• Exceptional communication skills and can communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 6+ years of hands-on front-end engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with React or React Native development.
• Experience creating and maintaining high-performing software.
• Be fluent in JavaScript ES6, Typescript
• Exposure to backend runtime such as Node.js
• Working knowledge of GraphQL.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as High Charts, Chart.js, or D3.js.
• Experience writing, designing, and debugging RESTful API’s.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
